Welcome! My name is Lisa Walters and I'm a real estate broker and auctioneer with Parks Properties. I have been in the real estate business since 2007 and the auction business since 2005. I am a member of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, the Tennessee Association of Realtors, the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and hold a Bachelor of Science degree from MTSU in Mass Communications. The number one complaint consumers have when working with their real estate agent is communication. I believe that great service is essential in this competitive market and understand that today's consumer has many choices. I believe in involving the customer and working together as a team to achieving our common goal. I run my business as a high energy, heavily connected, technology-driven entity that has proven to be remarkably effective even as our market continues to correct its self.
